The villetta with terrace overlooking the valley was built in the 1970s, completely renovated by the current owner in 2015. Located in the upper part of the municipality of Dizzasco, in the “La Quiete” area, it enjoys a splendid view over the valley and an excellent sun exposure. The villa is located in a pleasant residential area and enjoys good privacy.
