The accommodation
The beautiful Villa Laglio overlooking the lake is located in the small town of Laglio, on the western branch of Lake Como, called “Riva Romantica” just 15 km from the center of Como.
The Villa is decorated in Art Nouveau style. It is the ideal place to spend pleasant holidays, to relax on the dock with private dock under the shade of age-old trees and to leave from the dock for a ride in a motorboat.
On the dock there is a room with a fridge and ping-pong table and a terrace equipped with deckchairs for sunbathing.
The Villa is ideal for 9 people.
The house is spread over 3 floors.
On the ground floor a living room, a reading room, a TV room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom.
Around the house a small furnished garden; on the back there are a parking for 3 cars.
On the first floor 4 double bedrooms of which 2 are en suite and a queen size bedroom, 2 more bathrooms and a spacious living room with terrace.
The laundry room is also present.
For larger groups the villa offers (on the second floor) the possibility of accommodating 4 additional guests in 2 double rooms with a bathroom with a Liberty-style bathtub and a lounge.
From the 10th person a supplement of € 75.00 per person per day is required.

There is the tourist tax, payable upon arrival, the cost is €5 per night per person for Max 7 nights. Children under 11 years are not paying for it.
