CEO – Anna Scibè
My name is Anna Scibè and I have been working in real estate since 1983. In 1996 I founded Target Immobiliare with the idea of building an agency based on strong values: integrity, confidentiality and genuine attention to each client.
In over forty years of activity I have had the privilege of witnessing the evolution of Lake Como. When I began, it was still relatively unknown to the international market: a charming place, but far from the global spotlight. Over the years I have seen interest grow, transforming it into the exclusive destination it is today, attracting people from all over the world – from the international jet set to those simply seeking an authentic place to live.
Along this journey, my team and I have managed complex negotiations, successfully concluding challenging transactions – achieving optimal results for our clients and great professional satisfaction for Target Immobiliare.
This path has given me a profound knowledge of the territory and its dynamics, as well as an understanding of the diverse needs of those who choose to invest or live here.
