From October 1 to November 18, 2024, Selvatica, the food festival celebrating wild ingredient-based cuisine, returns for its sixth edition. Organized by Confcommercio Como – Italian Federation of Public Establishments Como, this initiative highlights the rich culinary traditions of local trattorias and restaurants.

Selvatica offers participating establishments the chance to showcase their culinary expertise and deep connection to the territory, either through specially created menus or by enhancing existing ones. At the heart of the festival are the authentic flavors of the region: wild game, local fish, and foraged forest products, each telling a story of food, land, and culture.
