THE HOUSE:
The entrance opens onto a large mezzanine floor, overlooking the living area and with a view of the entire roof with wooden and iron beams fit perfectly together;
on the floor below the open space living area with large windows on both sides giving access to the garden which enjoys a beautiful lake view; on this floor there are two ensuite bedrooms, both with lake views. The lower floor is dedicated to guests, a large open space with kitchenette, beds and bathroom.
The basement floor has service rooms, cellar and beautiful tavern with wood-burning oven.
All floors are connected by lift and have exits to the garden, and this makes the house accessible even to people with mobility difficulties.

THE GARDEN:
The garden is very enjoyable, mature with valuable trees and flowers, arranged in large flat and panoramic terraces and connected to each other by comfortable stairs.
One of these terraces houses the swimming pool with a comfortable and spacious wooden deck and in total privacy. The pool level is also served by the lift.
Adjacent to the garden is the orchard; a long fragrant path among apple trees, pears and blueberries.

ACCESS:
The house has a driveway access, the garage is on the same floor as the entrance to the house and further parking spaces in the garden.
Vehicle access is guaranteed by a short cobbled road, wide enough to drive up even large cars.
