Our tips for cleaning the house in an ecological way

Environmental protection is one of the topics that scientists and politicians from all over the world are discussing.

We can preserve our world by taking care of it starting with our daily life.

How?
One of these are: cleaning the house in green way with homemade detergents; differentiated waste collection; using renewable energy.

Here below you will find some of our tips for cleaning, sanitizing and perfuming the house in an eco-friendly way.

Cleaning:

Windows
Prepare a mixture made up of 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in ½ liter of distilled water or wine vinegar and then placed in a spray bottle.

Remove bad smell from ashtrays
Put baking soda on the bottom of the ashtray.

Taps and shower
Remove scale from the taps and shower take lemon and rubbing half a lemon on the stained surfaces and they will shine again. For the most resistant stains we use citric acid dissolved in water and they will be perfect.

Kitchen
Cleaning dirty and greasy surfaces use vinegar, spray it on the surfaces and let it effect for a few minutes, then wipe everything with a non-abrasive cloth and water.

Microwave
Take a bowl with water, squeeze a lemon, start the microwave for 5 minutes, then remove the bowl and wipe the surfaces with a cloth, even the grease will go away.

Cookers
The steel of the cookers rubbing vinegar and will shiny.

Perfume:

Refrigerator
baking soda or vinegar are excellent to neutralized the bad smells, put a bowl with some product and it will perfume.

Cat litter
Sprinkle some baking soda in the litter box to remove the bad smell. Your cat will not feel uncomfortable

Bin
Remove bad smells in the bin. Put the dry coffee grounds an old pair of tights and put them in the bin.

House
Fill a jar with bicarbonate, add 4 or 5 drops of the essential oil you like best. Make small holes in the cap and close it. It will perfume your house.

Laundry
washing machine or hand wash to have a white garment, add a measure of per carbonate to the laundry. The result will be incredible.
