Events on Lake Como: Markets, Fairs and Experiences

Here are the main markets and fairs in and around Como in June 2026:

Como Weekly Market:
It takes place outdoors between Viale Battisti and Viale Varese on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) and on Saturdays all day (until 6:00 pm).

Markets in Piazza San Fedele (Como center):
Every Saturday, the square hosts markets for antiques (often on the first Saturday of the month) and crafts, with local products and hobby.

Lungolago Lenno Markets:
Sunday, June 22, from 10:00 am, Exhibition and sale of small handmade objects and creative crafts in a beautiful panoramic setting on the lake.

Colico Market:
Every Sunday, from March 1° to October 25, a hobby, antiques, and vintage market on the lakeside.

Tivan Tri 2026 in Gravedona ed Uniti (Alto Lago di Como): Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, a local event combining food and wine, a traditional festival, and an integrated fair/market area.

Passteggiando 2026 in Sorico and surrounding municipalities: Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 8:15 am to 6:00 pm, Tenth edition of the famous Alto Lago food and wine walk, combining nature trails and tastings of local specialties.

Other markets in the Countries of the Lake: For those outside the city, the province’s main weekly markets are held in Sorico (on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm), Bellagio (on the third Wednesday of the month, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm) and Lenno (every Tuesday morning).


Guided tours and special events at Villa Carlotta:

– Sunday, June 7 (3:30 PM): “To make a lawn you need a clover and a bee,” a natural and botanical-themed event.

– Thursday, June 11 (10:30 AM): “In the Footsteps of Princess Charlotte,” a 90-minute guided immersive walk through historic trails and green installations by artist Maria Dompè (hiking shoes required).

– Monday, June 15 (3:00 PM): “Greetings from Villa Carlotta,” a guided tour focusing on the historical postcard exhibition and the park.

– Saturday, June 20 (5:00 PM): “Summer Solstice: Between Magic, Botany, and Flavors,” guided evening walk to discover “St. John’s Wort” with tasting included.

– Sunday, June 21 (10:30 AM): “Lake Como Musical Walk” (on the occasion of the Music Festival), a route that starts from Villa Margherita in Griante and ends at Villa Carlotta amidst the memories of illustrious guests and historic musicians.

– Temporary Exhibitions in Corso “Saluti da Villa Carlotta” (until December 8, 2026): Exhibition of historical period postcards from the museum archives that tell the story of the evolution of the Larian landscape.

– Contemporary Art Exhibitions: From June 19th to July 5th, the Villa also hosts temporary exhibitions by artists Davide Zanella and Marc Lager.
